Po-tay-toes, Po-tah-toes!

I love ‘em all!

It dawned on me today how much I love potatoes! It’s quite frustrating really, because I’m not much of a sweet-tooth and I don’t crave for a lot of things. But potatoes, in particular, chips…. mmmm mmmmmm. He can testify to this. I don’t drink sodas, I don’t eat candy, I don’t drink beer… but oh, potatoes.

French fries from MacDonalds. Mashed potatoes. Potato salad. Potatoes in chicken curry. Hashbrown.

It was insane! I rememeber going to the Sydney Fish Market to check out the 36-hours non-stop trading hours and being swept up in the entire Christmas spirit. The Market was PACKED. I couldn’t even squeeze into my favourite fish-shop – Claudio’s – because customers were simply oozing from their doors. The packing area was also lined was tubs and tubs of fish, all ready to be served on Christmas Day.

Can't see a thing!
